NEWS FLASH: The Butler Company will "retire" December 31st, 2012.

After 10 years (or is it 11?), I抳e decided to stop running around the State every month teaching pre-licensing and continuing ed to realtors and title insurance agents. I抦 jumping 100% into Pembroke Title and opening up to other opportunities and adventures! (慉lways wanted to sing backup to Joni Mitchell!)

As of July 1, 2008,
it is mandatory to complete a 16 hour pre-licensing
course in order to sit for the title agent's exam in Virginia.


Includes: Materials, Continental Breakfast, and Lunch

(Breakfast and lunch provided at in-person classes only)
  • OPTION 1: Take 8 hours on-line, at your leisure**
    PLUS one 8-hour day class* - See SCHEDULE

  • OPTION 2: Two day pre-licensing class in your office!*

    *Minimum class size and/or travel expenses may apply.

    **Maximum of 90 days online access to complete the course following registration.
